His innovative integration of NLP, CBT and Positive Psychology into Leadership Development – to build Psychological Capabilities – traits highly lacking in today’s Leadership arena, positions him as a critical enabler of workforce capability in a volatile economic environment.

As founder of Maximus X Academy (MAXA), he leads signature programs that empower professionals to shift from reactive to resilient, using an “Inside-Out” approach—“The Psychology Advantage in Leadership”, his proprietary method to build psychological capabilities.

He is also a WSQ DACE & ACTA -certified facilitator, having delivered over 100 SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)–accredited modules in leadership, people management, service excellence and professional development. Over 16 years, he had evolved into a seasoned Corporate Trainer, Resilience Coach, Master NLP practitioner, and Public Speaker, empowering over 50,000 professionals across Asia. This dual role as entrepreneur and government-accredited educator enables him to bridge corporate needs with Singapore’s national workforce development priorities to build a resilient workforce.

Prior to his Resilience Coaching career, Maximus was among the top performers in the challenging Financial Advisory industry, achieving outstanding sales records spanning over 16 years. He was a multiple awards winner and a global convention qualifier. As a Sales Coach, his experience spans over 35 years.

Academic & Professional Credentials

Maximus’s academic credentials form the bedrock of his multidisciplinary approach to human development. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Professional Coaching and Human Development with the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS, USA), pioneering the work of integrating psychological practices into leadership development.
